Having joined Jackson Quinn in 2002 and becoming a partner in 2005, Roz has over 20 years’ experience as a family lawyer and her practise covers all aspects of Family Law. She specialises in difficult cases involving children, representing parents, other family members, foster carers and children in both public, private law and adoption proceedings. A member of the Law Society’s Children Law Accreditation scheme since 2005, Roz regularly appears in courts across the East Midlands and undertakes her own advocacy wherever possible. Roz has a special interest in cases involving domestic abuse and is well known for her sensitivity in dealing with vulnerable clients. Roz also deals with complex and high net worth divorce and financial cases, including cohabitation and property disputes. Roz is an accredited specialist with Resolution in relation to children law, financial matters and domestic violence.
