Rufia qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and was appointed to the Law Society Children’s Panel in 2012. Rufia has worked in both Lancashire and Yorkshire before coming to Nottingham in 2013. Rufia’s main areas of work are related to all areas of children work including care proceedings. She has acted for both parents and children as well as other family members involved in children cases. Rufia has a background in working in areas related to domestic abuse and forced marriage before specialising in children work. Rufia joined Jackson Quinn in 2022 working at the Nottingham office. Rufia enjoys reading and socialising with friends
